In these circumstances no liability of whatever nature shall pass to ‘procurement education’ and therefore all liabilities contractual or otherwise remain with the said business and suppliers. The directory service is free to use for those looking for services, though a nominal fee is taken from those advertising for the main purpose of avoiding spam postings.
